Can't report to IKS Chang?

One of the new Klingon borg missions says to report to Captain P'tor on the IKS Chang. I'm sitting next to it but can't interact, anyone else having this problem?

    Figured it out....you have to fly IN FRONT of the IKS Chang for it to work...just in case anyone else had this problem.

    I would bug it. They probably should expand the zone.
