When I first purchased the game I signed up for a 6 month subscription. I then changed my mind and changed it to monthly. I just looked at my paypal and bank account and I have been charged twice. 77 dollars and 15 dollars both by Cryptic. I canceled the 6-month and was charged for it anyway. I cannot find billing's phone number anywhere and I don't want to submit a ticket and wait a week.
