Does "handled shortly" count the same as coming "soon"?

It's been over 7 hours since "Production is on it ... handled shortly". Can we get an update or an eta when we can expect our 12-month subscriptions to be reactivated (tonight, tomorrow, next week)?

I used a gamecard and now it even isnt there and says 1 Month Recurring. Just I hope the production knows that this issue isnt just about 12-month subscribers.
