Uhh so suddenly I can't post on most forums and was wondering if I got myself banned or something. I go look at my account and my subscription has changed from 12 Month Subscription (at the reduced preorder rate), to Game Card SUSPENDED. So I go look at re-activating the subscription (which would probably fix the problem) and now there's no option for 12 month subscriptions?
Did you just delete the 12 month subscription rate from the system? Cause it looks that way and I'm guessing now anyone else who may have bought that has their account suspended?
or did I just get a forum ban and haven't got the email telling me that I've been bad?
im also have the same problem the 12 preorder month are not active and my mistake i payed another month i need refund this month and please solve this soon as posible

Having the same issue when i try to log in it says there an account error when I look in my account info it says I have a 12 month pre order but below it it says my account expires march 4 2010 and I cant log in!
Also have the top portion indicating my paid 12-month subscription, with the bottom portion stating in big red letters "SUSPENDED" and a cut-off date. Will this be fixed for us all, or do each of us have to submit a ticket or something?:(

Come on, no one is going over the line here. The more people that report the problem, the better. It usually leads to priorities being adjusted accordingly.

Actually, though in part you may be right, once a dev has stated theyre working on it, ultiple other posts just lead the forum mods and some devs to regard them as clutter. They know its a huge issue, and once its fixed, there will probably be emergency maintenance either on the game server or the login server. You have a right to complain, definitley, but others (not you) spam multiple posts, which is indeed simply clutter.
My Account dashboard says the same thing, however I have never had an issue with logging into the game, and did so just now from work to insure I was still able to. I have yet to be charged anything other than what I agreed to pay for the 12-month subscription, and if you have been billed $30 without your permission I suggest you contact your credit card company.

Ok, this happened to me. I'm glad I'm not the only one lol!. And to clarify, I have a 12 month sub for STO and a 6 month sub for CO which doesn't end until next month.
Just got home from work (5hrs since Coderanger said they were looking at it). Can't log into the game "Account error, please contact Billing support". Guess I'm not playing for a while?

I cant log into the game as well having account SUSPENDED and says ends 4th March. Worse is even the fact that I paid two months (up to May 4th, as account said previously) with a gamecard, and I no longer have the code =(((
I cant even log in and it says my my 12 month is active and below it says subscription ends on the 4th seriously id like some dev or someone to post if these issues will be resolved its looking like it will be the second time ill have to call Sto billing support over an account issue in regards to the 12 month subscription.
