Is there an easy way to patch my 3 systems manualy like WOW instead of downloading the same stuff 3x each patch, its chewin up my quota..
In wow there is a patch file to run to update and all you do is copy it to all the systems and run it, can we do that in STO ???
I'm sure you will get a clearer answer from a Dev on this but here is my take.
At this time there isn't a separate offline patch download.
What you can do is to manually copy the files in the STO directories that have a newer time stamp on them, minus the configuration files for that PC settings. Do this over the internal network or sneakernet (USB drive).
If all the new files are just in the game foldler directories you could share the folders, update at one machine then use something like robocopy to copy the files over the top of the old one son the others. You can replace them all or just the new versions of the files from the source machine. You can probably search Microsoft technet for all the switches to use with robocopy to make it work.
The problem I see if if it is putting any files anywhere else or making registry changes this won't work.
