I've already submitted a help ticket but I wanted to also ask here about this issue. I want to create a second STO account for my son's use. I went to the Cryptic site and purchased a key, and I received my confirmation e-mails, BUT it appears the new digital version was applied to my original account. When I check my Activated Products, it lists: Retail Pre-order, Retail Purchase, and now Digital Purchase.
I have not received an e-mail with the new product key, I only received two e-mails, one confirms the purchase and the second confirms the "activation". I only bought the second key for the new account I want to set up, I didn't need one on my existing account, for cripe's sake. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm already planning to call billing support tomorrow to follow up. Thanks in advance.
