I need refund.

I can't get on game cause I work a lot and I want my Annual money back. I was not impressed with the game and I cannot submit ticket. This is really getting on my nervs.

Cryptic. If I don't get refunded for my annual then what am I supposed to do? Sell my account? For half the price of how much I payed. I have not used ANY of my Annual yet. Still on my 30 Day that came with my game. Seriously am not impressed with game. I need options.

    This is a peer technical support forum. If you have a billing issue, you will need to contact the billing support team.

    I have but the only response I get is a very irratating music played through my phone for hours and i mean hours and never does anyone pickup.

    IF you absolutely can not get through to billing support by phone or email I would suggest contacting your credit card company and asking about a chargeback before your free 30 days are up.

    You tell them your not getting the service you expected and dont think you should have to pay.

    That is the truth isnt it? Your not happy with the service and you dont want to pay, right?

    Hang on, You're asking for your money back because you bought a years sub, then decided you didn't like the game? I'm sorry, but you paid up front and it's not Cryptics fault that you havn't got the time to play (or that you've suddenly realized you're short on cash).

    Please do not give out false advice. The credit card company will not charge back as this transaction was made with both parties in agreement.

    Agreed. Buyer's remorse is not a reason for them to give you a refund.
