As we all know when u discharge a bridge officer and ship they jus get evapourated from the game. Cryptic should think about setting up a system were expierenced bridge officers(Ones skillied up and ranked up by you) and ships modded by you can be sold and traded when discharged instead of just going nowhere!!!!It would be like an officer is transferring ship when traded and when a ship is being traded it would be like it was falling under a new commanding officer. This would be more cannon then and it wouldnt feel like youve wasted time skilling and promoting an officer if in the end you finally decide to discharge them.

BRIDGE OFFICER- Instead of the officer been blown into nothingness this is what should happen.

1.When you go to the exchage an option of selling the skilled up bridge officer should be given.

2.You select the officer you want to exchange and the price you are selling him/her for.

3.Bridge officer slot is now empty for recruiting a new cadate.

This would be like the officer putting in a transfer to a new ship. Then if you dont want to sell an officer discharge them so they will be deleted.

STARSHIP-Instead of the ship been blown into nothingness this is what should happen.

1.When you go to the exchage an option of selling the ship should be given.

2.You select the type of ship you want to exchange and the price you are selling it for.

This is like a new commanding officer taking over the ship. Discharge should be kept as a last alternative to delete the ship.
