EU Proxy ports

I was wondering if anyone knows for definite what ports the game uses when the EU proxy is enabled? I have seen the main range of ports (including 7000-7500) and I recall seeing a dev/mod post a much smaller range of ports that are used when the US proxy was enabled, but nothing for the EU one.

My problem is that a friend is currently living in university halls, where all ports (save 80, 443 and 8080) are blocked by default. He's checked with the university and they're quite happy for people to play games on the network and even give students a webpage to open firewall holes for themselves.

The problem is that you are limited to 20 holes (but you can pick "port x to x+10" and it only counts as two), so there's no way he's able to open the full range of 7000-7500. We'd both really like to get him into this game, so I hope there's some way it can be worked!

Thanks in advance if anyone can help! :)

I would have to look up the exact ports tomorrow, but I can at least say that running the game like this would be entirely unsupported and might break at any time.

I recommend a (short) tunnel past the crazy firewall, that would work reliably. If he doesn't know how, ask around the computer science undergrads, they should be able to help.
