What kinda "tribble" we talkin' about? An automatic "tribble", or a semi-automatic "tribble"? Because I know a guy th-
Oh. You mean actual tribbles! ... Well, then. Disregard previous statement.
Really, it does depend on the rarity of the tribble and the specific type of bonus they give. Do a market sweep of Devices for them (I think that's where they show up, isn't it?) and... well... good luck searching, market flooding doesn't even begin to describe that portion.
I sell mattersons for 25k. That just about makes it worth taking the timeo get the stuff together to make them. But I think even that low price is now getting undercut, so I'm going to stop.
It would have been better if the stuff you needed to make a rare tribbl was random for each char. Then people would have to figure out for themselves how to make them and they would have some value.
I was surprised at the price difference between KDF and Fed last night. I breed my rare tribbles on Fed side but usually they're expensive on the Exchange. However I was able to find rare tribbles on the KDF Exchange for as little as 5 credits. Either folks don't know what they have, or they're not worth as much due to so many klingon players.

My Engineering officer (a Fed Klingon) would probably assume that they're so cheap due to the fact that Klingons hate then and they're REALLY loud and annoying when petted. (At least she thinks that when she pets hers. heh)
Check your sources... Zinc, Yu and Nielsen are a higher tier than Griffis, Highison and Velasquez. Their effects are (supposed to be) slightly stronger than the previous tier. The components needed is also hugely expensive on the exchange.

that makes Griffis a stronger Tribble for damage Resist since it is x2
now breeding Highson which is X2 health regen to make a Zinc using Klingon Heart of Targ would make sence for having an actual 2x effect.. however sources indicate that it is only 1x damage resist.. though I strongly believe it is 2x, it hasn't been tested or confirmed.
Or is there another source to show it is 3x damage resist? Or is is the effect of the Zinc = to the Griffis at 2x?
To common knowledge the only Tribble with 3 buffs so far is Rivera (Pre-Order)
the only difference is the Food Tier used to breed them, not the actual effects of the Tribble itself.
So I am not sure what you are stating Higher Tier when the effects are the same as T2 foods
Like you state Yu is a higher tier than Highson.. however Yu gives the exact same effect as Highson, reguardless of food tier used to breed it.. the effect is still 2x Health Regen.
(x in my post means %.. the Yu Tribble only give a 2% increase to health regen). (Tribble Buffs effect only ground combat currently).
I don't get your prices on them the way tiy have thejm listed.
Those are prices based on Exchange costs of such tribbles - what they sell for or for what price the food to make them sells for (Tranya to make Velasquez sells for 100k, Kligon Heart of Targ usually 300k etc.)
You will see the tiers and relative strengths of the buffs.
Top tier are meant to be 2 1/2 time strength, I dont know who did the relaitve calculations, it might be off slightly with diminishing returns, but they are stronger.

They arepretty much worthless.

Here's looking forward to targ breeding.

Matterson 10k
Highison 50k
Velasquez 100k
Zinc, Yu, Nielsen about 300k
I don't get your prices on them, at least not the way you have them listed.
I go by effects / buffs
1) Griffis - Damage Resistance (x2)
2) Highison - Health Regen (x2) [also YU tribble does this effect]
3) Velasquez - DPS (x2)
4) Mattson - Health Regen / DPS
5) Ricossa - DPS / Damage Resistance
These are the one's that give double buffs (though if it is 2x of the same buff, the buff indecator only show's once).
To me, these are the Valuable ones.. then the ones giving Single buffs, then the others are pretty worthless except for breeding.
but to each their own.
