Hello out there!
I just tried to login STO but I am always crashing after typing my password. Thought first I ran out of payment but that isn't the fault, next payment is 3rd of april. So what can be the fault? does anybody else have this error?

    hello,
unfortunately it tells me nothing about the error itself - only a box coming up :
    cryptic error: OOPS!
and the possibility to describe what i did when the program crashed
No hint on a missing key (which is already running), a missing payment or anything else.
I modified my firewall settings accordingly to the game.
So what else could it be?

    Thanks,
    Florchen

There is about 20 minutes worth of troubleshooting in my FAQ, I doubt you made it through it ;)

It even tells you what log files to review for and where to look...

I don't know why and what happened, but obviously now it works again.

Sorry - guess you got me wrong ;-)
The prob is, I got no error description which i could compare with what you wrote in your FAQ - anyway, it's working again and thank you for your help, milehighscott *smiles
