Please Help!!!!

I need Help with playing the game. I was able to play before but now I can't play my star trek online. I start the game and enter my username and password it says loading launcher and then comes up with Account error, please contact billing support. I click on billing support and it says that i have not activated my key but I have. Is there is anyone that can help me. I have been having this problem for the last few days. I am about to throw the game into a fire and distroy it.

    Account Error, please contact Billing support or You are not allowed to log into the server at this time make sure you meet the account requirements to play the game.

    A retail copy of the game (physical box from store or a digital download) with a valid retail key
    A subscription to the game (Credit card, Gamecard, or Paypal required)


    Go to http://www.startrekonline.com/user with the account for the game and post the products section to this thread.

    My girlfriend bought me the game so I have a retail copy of the game. I activated the key. I am meant to get 30 days free with it.

    I have tried to find the products section for my account, but where can I find it.

    OK, yes the game will give you 30 days of playing time, but it requires a subscription to get that 30 days. You won't be charged until the 30 days is up. They use that subscription as a verification for the retail key. :)

    If you find you don't want to pay anything beyond the 30 days of included play time, you can cancel the subscription after you have created it.
