not patching

hi guys i need some help, every time i start the patch it crashis, i have looked on the forums for advice and heres some info to help you help me,

any advice would be great, not sure what im missing, my brothers pc in the same room using the same av software has no problems ( its kaspersky ) i have checked that there not blocked in the firewall and all sto/criptic stucc is fulliy trusted. its probable somthing really sillly that im missing anyone help here ?

    From those errors, something is prevent file writes. Try running it as administrator.

    thanks but i have tryed runing as admin dosnt change anything, thing is i have just reformated and reinstalled windows so theres next to nothing runing or installed yet just sto and Kaspersky internet security, but i have turned that off and it still has the same problem :(

    if you just reinstalled, did you update all your drivers?

    As a test uninstall the internet security suite, reboot, and see if you receive the same file in use and write errors. Run task manager (Show process from all users) and confirm it is no longer running after reboot and you aren't attempting to run two Star Trek Online.exe images.

    The error you are receiving indicates a path problem (Your computer doesn't know where to find 'handle' to run as a process). I do not know where handle is used in STO, but the error minus 'handle' is a generic path error in Windows.
