2405 era Uniforms

Since this game opens in 2407, the idea isn't out there too much.

So, where are the 2405 era uniforms that were used in both the TNG and the STV finales? I kinda assumed they would be included with the standard fare.

Clicky for Reference

Are they going to need an unlock code or something?

I agree. I would have liked them to be in. They're seen in 'possible futures' in the series on more than one occasion, making them very likely candidates.

I like how they blend the style of the TOS and TNG uniforms. Also, the character creator needs some more simple uniforms to base your custom ones on.

I am hoping for more and more costume options from all of Trek history for BOTH factions (and any new ones).

Cryptic it seems opted for the visual uniform style seen in ST: Countdown...

which I'm actually revealed about, I thought the 2400 uniforms seen in Alternate futures where quite honestly aweful looking

Other way around, Countdown opted for the uniform style of STO.

And I have to say I want at least the cool commbadge from the All Good Things/Endgame uniform.

    those uniforms are ugly.

that said, put them in please! along with all the other uniforms too. The more choice the better, plus I want a TNG Movie vest like picard wore :p

I'd love to see some accessories like the medical vest crusher wore or the fishing vest thing they got scotty in the intergalactic big and tall store. It would be cool if they offered little buffs like +5 to keeping your crew alive for the medical vest

Hmmm I wonder if we can make these.......

You can kind of make it:

Still not perfect, so yes, I would like to see it as an option. It would be the most logical series tie-in uniform! Send Cryptic a note we want these in the C-store or something!

As much some people seem to hate them, I'd love to see the uniforms from Star Trek: The Motion Picture as options.

I will support this only if they include a Disco McCoy option.

Dude! That is one of my "lone" unofficial campaigns for Cryptic to make!

I thought I was the only one wanting them! :D

(Okay, I KNOW I am not the only one, but it does seem like a lonely battle when I post about it in the correct forum section and don't get many responses/support for it!)

Wow! I guess I'll have to start reading the correct forums then!

I'd be happy to see them appear on the C-Store one day. Definitely would add to the collection.

I would also welcome that as well, including perhaps an long coat as such? They need far more outfits, too many individuals look the same in regards to outfits.

Not a fan of the uniform itself, although the coat looks cool. I also like that combadge the most, anyways I was a bit surprised these were not included at launch. I back this thread.

This reminds me: one of the many shortcomings of the available Klingon uniform options is the lack of baldrics.

I just rewatched TMP and I like the uniforms, too, although I probably wouldn't want my character to wear it.

I wouldn't mind seeing those added myself. I also think they should add some more uniform options like you see a lot of the NPCs wearing.

    This!

10 character minimum post? Well this is Star Trek, brevity has never been appreciated in this universe. I don't know if commenting on character count requirements fulfills said requirement so I add to my original post:

    +1

Btw, there's the rumor that the first data Starfleet send to Voyager after reopening contact via that relay thing were also updated uniform patterns for the replicator. Appears to me as some kind of running gag, alike the single-serving Redshirts.

The TMP uniforms made them look like dentists in space. :(

I'd like to see Enterprise uniforms. Speedsuits (Jumpsuits) make everything faster, at least according to Dr. Venture.

I tend to post in Controls and User Interface because it covers the Character Creator and the Lead Graphic designer tends to read things in there (although I think he does read things here, too).

It's just good to be sure.

Yet they never did change their uniforms, Voyager kept the TNG style uniform throughout the series run (which makes sense), they didn't go with the gray/black shirt style with the comm/engi/sci color on the collar that came along in mid/late DS9 and Nemesis.

I do like the custom uniform creator even if they seem to obess with shiny leather like substances for most of the uniform tops. The uniform I made for my crew looks appropriate for an escort crew, the top looks almost like a 25th century flight jacket mostly black with their comm/engi/sci colors on the shoulders and subdued comm badges and rank pips. Used the loose fatuige style pants for the bottom with the taller boots for the tac officers and the shorter boots for sci and engi.

guys and gals i hate to put a rain cloud on youre plans for these uniforms. your missing one small point here cryptic is going off the "NERO" universe. all uniforms from the other universe is kinda moot. but then again they are giving out the "TOS" uniforms and also "TWOK" style uniforms so who knows they may just give us are wish. i myself would like a borg uniform see that im a liberated borg. :D

o.0 What gave you that impression? Have you done the 'never' mission, or the ones where it's explained what happened to Nero and Spock?
