I've tried contacting support about this but nobody has responded to me in over a week and a half aka since this title went live on launch day, so im resorting to posting here. I spent $165 on this title and havn't been able to even play it at all, so please if any Cryptic moderator is reading this can you please look into my account for me.

You need a retail key and active subscription, check to see if you are pre order only. Details in my link, including info if you bought from Atari. Retail keys after Feb 2nd were sent out in email also.

Did you set it up with a credit card on file? They require one on file regardless if you are going to use game time cards or not it seems.

NP, you do not have a retail key - only a pre order. Who did you buy the game from? You need to find the retail key (2nd one after Feb 2) either in an email to you or from the digital download company website. My link has the details for Atari.

Once you have the retail key you need to activate it with your account.

Subscription and retail purchase are not the same thing.

Who did you buy the game from, not subscription. Did you bother to go to my FAQ?

Thanks for responce, I bought the collectors edition retail game at JBHIFI which is a electronics good outlet. There is a product activation key at the back of the 40 page art book but I registered it with my account upon creation.

You need to enter that retail key from the manual again on your account.

I have a similar issue. My friend gave me a 5-day buddy pass to use on Sunday. I bought a time card today and added it to my account. I go to log onto the game and it says Account Error. I checked out my account and it doesn't reflect that I had added the game card even though I received an email stating that it was activated.
Hell My Account doesn't even reflect that I had a 5-day buddy pass. I hope I didn't lose my character.

You need to purchase the game, a retail key - the subscription (time card) is in addition to purchasing the game outright.

Yep done that, but it gives me this error

This product key is already active, it cannot be used again.

Ah yes, sorry about that (CC post).

You will need to talk to the billing support department about the product key or you can always go back to the store you bought it from and see if they will give you a new copy. It sounds like the key was messed up during your CC failure, it is locked in no mans land.

If you can PM one of the Devs here in the support forum they may be able to fix this for you, I do not work for them.

Perhaps one of them will come across this thread in the AM pst.

Yeah, that is a bugger - doesn't help, but others ran into the same issue with their key getting locked (for a better term) when they had a subscription failure (credit card not working, site times out, etc).
