Mark of Honor for Feds?

Who gives out the missions to receive Mark of Honor? I came across this console in K7 and found some very interesting goodies. So how do I get it?

I am guessing PvP, but after going through all my contacts, none of them are passing out any missions that you get Mark of Honor for rewards.

Anyone care to enlighten me?

Figured it out for myself. But just in case anyone else gets a little lost here and needs to know the same information...

Once you have achieved Admiral, a contact by the name of Makza opens up for you. He gives PvP, Warzone missions. In order for him to give you your daily mission in which grants Mark of Honor, you must complete the first mission in under this contact in order to unlock the daily mission. Once this is done, check back in with him once a day to get a daily mission from him. The goodies you get for these Marks of Honor are located in the corridor leading to the Shipyard at K7 which can be found in the Klingon Neutral Zone.

Thing is Makza doesnt always offer you this quest... the system chooses everyday between Makza and Calhoun who will give you quest for Marks of Honor. Makza gives "Into the Fray" - warzone borg fighting, while Calhoun gives PvP quest - fighting Klingons in battles.

Ahhh...well, you've saved me from what would have surely been a future nightmare. Thanks for helping to point us in the right direction. That would have thrown me off a bit if you had not said anything. Thanks again.

THey aren't giving me the mission. I'm Rear Admiral 5. I've tried speaking with them directly :(

You can add one more to the list with this problem as well.

Lt Karbo Battle Group Omega give Explore B'Tan Cluster. Every 24hrs he also gives Chart B'Tan Cluster which gives Mark of Honor.
The nice thing is if you take both together each system counts for both missions at the same time.

    Thats exploration, not honor.

The quest also seems dodgy at best of times for me, I've completed all those quests and only occasionally the pvp daily will appear for me, not every time, on any of my hail contacts.

I've never had it appear on mine. Who offers it? Mercedes?

    +1

These "dailies" seem to be on a 48 or 72 hour timer. I will complete one and then won't see it again for 2 to 3 days. Then it eventually pops back up.

Might be a bug might be intentional...
