Thank you, you've given me a reason to cancel my account.
Just kidding, but I do not approve, and I'm pretty sure this violates the "no look alikes of other trademark characters" rule when it comes to custom characters. Meh, who knows, I can't find the page at the moment.
Hmm... well, everyone is running around looking like one of these anyway. I haven't seen Cryptic say anything to those who have characters that look like this, and I haven't had anyone talk to me about my one either.
I just watched Avatar last night. While I thought it was an okay movie (not great, but decent) and I don't see the attraction for the Na'vi, I will say those look pretty accurate to me. Nice work, RoyPwns. (Sincerely. I may not like the movie that much myself, but you've done a darn good job of making one, in my opinion.)

They are blue elves As long as you don't call them Navi you are fine.
Hello,
My character is named: Tan Jala..I'm a Na'vi . I am a Commander of a Heavy Crusier (at the moment): Spartacus II. Check out my character. The only thing I couldn't find to complete my characters' design was a tail.
Say "HI" when you see me online or send an invite for friend. t would be nice to comb the universe with another Na'vi.
Heh... well, I don't really play on my Na'vi so much, I'm on my human rear admiral most of the time. My Na'vi alt is for when I can't be bothered waiting on the extremely long PvP queues at RA rank and those queues are TERRIBLE!
I made this about a month ago as a joke for a friend who apparently has a fetish for tall skinny blue alien chicks. NO...I DID NOT enter that character into the game, LOL. I did save her config though.
creatting an Na'vi look alike character IS indeed agains the rules "You may not create costumes or costume/name combinations that are recognizable as the registered property of any company. (This includes things such as: comics, anime, movies, or video games.)" http://www.startrekonline.com/support/policies/names
Stuff like this leads to many, many bouts of confusion when Captain Navide 'Navi' Vixe does her usual patrols...
I really should've kept 'White Noise' as her standard ship name.
Other then potential copyright issues already brought up, it's always interesting to see what other people can do with the character creator. People continue to amaze me.

I don't think there's one out there for Hirogen yet.
