This is a question to Cryptic and the community I hope people back me on this but I loved the powerhue command that allowed me to change the color of my beams into a pretty pink.
Extremely doubtful. They took the command out not because it wasn't working properly, but because it was never supposed to be in the game to begin with.
Cryptic has cited fairness in PVP as well as licencing issues for why they had to take it out.

SAY YES IF YOU ARE BEHIND ME IN BRING THIS BACK!!
This has been discussed before, I guess you missed the discussion.
Powerhue will not be back in it's current form. No way, nohow, get over it.
The reasons being twofold:
1) CBS/Paramount has decreed the color of the weapons that are used in Star Trek. This includes the game, STO. To leave /powerhue in woud be a violation of Paramount's copyright. Paramount being as protective of it's IP as it is, that would result in a yank of Cryptic's license of the game. And that, would kill this game quick.
You really want that happening so you can have (say) pretty pink phasers?
2) Cryptic themselves have said that leaving /powerhue in was a bug - and pinned it to weapon identification in PvP Believe as much of that as you want.
Both of those prevent /powerhue from EVER getting put back in the game. It was leftover from CO, since STO reused Champions Online's engine.
So please let it drop, we've had a lot of these threads already, just a couple of weeks ago.
