Is there a memory leak?

I've noticed when I get out of STO, that using Firefox is extremely slow. I can correct this by restarting but nevertheless I've noticed this behaviour with Firefox only after I've been playing STO. Firefox is unaffected by any other game or app that I use and only seems to bog down after I've been in STO (regardless the duration).

Naturally, I assume it must be some sort of a memory leak.
Is anyone else getting hit with this?

Cheers!! :)

if STO had a memory leak closing STO will freeup any memory its using so if there was a meory leak it wouldnt effect firefox or anything else after STO was closed

do you get the same problem if you use internet explorer or another web browser?

are you using the latest version of firefox?

do you get the same problem if you run firefox in safemode?

can you better define firefox being slow, is it slow loading pages or slow opening, scrolling through pages etc is it just as slow in safe mode?

which OS are you running? if your using XP or vista makesure you have the latest service pack installed, XPsp3 especialy introduced a few performance improvements for networking
