How do you make snap shots of your toon in the game? I use to like making them in WoW.

If you press the "Print Screen" button, you can save the image. After that, open up your "Paint" program, click "Edit" and "Paste". :)

To get rid of the HUD, I believe you press Alt and F12, but I'm thinking that's before pressing "Print Screen". :D

Pressing print screen automatically removes the HUD in the screenshot, I think. And you don't have to copy/paste it into an image editor. It saves the screenshots in your STO folder somewhere. I'm not at home to check the exact path.

You're correct. There's a screenshot folder in your STO folder that saves screenies without the HUD (or damage numbers if those happen to be up).

if you want the UI in the screenshot type this in your chat box: /screenshot_ui
Will save in a folder with in your Star Trek Online directory.
For a screenshot without the IU, just press the print screen button on your keyboard, though /screenshot works as well.

You can bind the command to a key with /bind <key> screenshot_ui
where <key> is a single keypress on your keyboard. You can use cmd, alt or shift key modifiers by adding the modifier + key, ie alt+s for alt s.
