I could login fine when the game launched, but for about a week now I get the above error message anytime I try to log in. I have a lifetime sub.

Any ideas?

    Sounds like you don't have a retail key registered with your account.

    Thanks for the reply. In my user settings it lists;


    Activated Features

    * Star Trek Online Open beta access
    * Star Trek Online - Preorder
    * Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription

    Subscriptions

    <nothing here>




    Any ideas? I just tried entering my key again, and it said "this product key is already active". As I have obviously already entered it before.

    Never mind, I fixed it.

    The company I bought the downloadable version from had only sent me a pre-order key, but not the actual retail key. I just asked them for it and got it. Works now :)
