Account inactive for nearly one week now

After I got a refund for my lifetime subscription last tuesday my account (or better the active sub for the 30 free days) got deactivated on thursday directly after the website maintenance was over.

I opened a ticket the same day, because I can't use the forums (except the support forums) neither can I log into the game. My account simply has been deactivated and I never agreed to take away the rest of my free time. If you take a look at the ticket which was opened by the cryptic employee during the conversation on phone you'll clearly see, that we never talked about deleting the remaining game time:

"Customer had called up asking for a refund on his Preorder Lifetime Subscription. He's not happy with the current state of the game and would rather just go monthly."

I still hope, that Cryptic will solve this issue as soon as possible. I'm patient and I know that there are also other tickets which need to be solved. But you guys at Cryptic should alway keep in mind that everyone has limits.

Oh and btw. I already tried to add some payment details without actually buying any new gametime. That didn't help. The account stayed inactive. So I removed them again.

Could be a dumb question, but did you add in credit card info, and choose the 1 month recurring sub. Then once active, you can cancel. You have to do this, so that you can get your 30 days free. Sorry if that is what you did, when you referred to entering some payment details.

Have you tried telephoning cryptic billing when there offices are open. You may be on hold for a while, but its the best, and most likely the only way to get a resolution to your satisfaction.

I don't want to be on hold for another 50-60 minutes. They have a ticket system with which you can contact billing support and it should be possible to solve issues with it. If it isn't possible, then remove the ticket system.

The billing system is overwhelmed just like every other mmo. People putting in tickets for genuine and stupid things. and not enough staff to process it all.

You have no subscription on your account now. You need to setup a new one before you can play again.

Well as I already explained - I HAD an active subscription until I got my LTS refunded.

When am I going to be charged if I set up another 1 month sub?
