I've been waiting since the 11th of Febuary for a response to my ticket request CS Billing #103156 and received NOTHING back from Cryptic beyond their original automated messages. I have sent repeated emails back quoting this number asking for an update on this issue and still got no reply.
Why the hell should i ever do business with cryptic again if their support and billing department is this incompetant?
just understaffed and overworked with lot of backed up tickets and people submitting mulit tickets on the same problem since the tickets are addressed in order of recieve.

This is bull. I'm having the same problem getting Cryptic to do anything about my retail key not working since release. All I've gotten so far is a form letter response and then my ticket got deleted. Cryptic's customer support is virtually non-existent.
