1) Is the proc of chroniton torpedoes (to stop for 10 sec) able to activate upon impact on shields? Or does it have to impact the hull?
Edit answer: Yes. They do proc when they hit shields.
2) The proc on transphasic torpedoes: When it procs, will the torpedo fully bypass the shields and impact the hull with full dmg, or will only a partial percentage of the damage will be on the hull?
Edit Answer: It's been suggested that it doesn't proc, it only has a high bleedthrough (25%?)
3) Antiproton weapons, again when the proc occurs, will the whole phaser blast be on the hull or only a partial percentage?
4) The weapon modifiers on uncommon/rare/very rare weapons: For example I have 6x antiproton epics on my ship, will the modifiers on the weapons be cumultive towards my ship's overall capabilities, or do the modifiers ONLY affect the weapon involved?
5) Are there hidden cooldowns on weapon procs? Such as, if my phaser drops an enemy subsystem, will another one of my phasers be able to drop another system right after?
6) Jamming Sensors: Let's say there is one Klingon and 3 Feds all in 5km range of each other. One Fed jams the klingon. While the Klingon is jammed, will he be able to see the other 2 Feds who did not jam him? Will he be able to see his allies to put heals on them for example?
Edit Answer: He will see everyone other than the guy who jammed him.

Not sure what the answer to this question specifically is but whatever the case it doesn't seem to always work against shields. I was trying these and when they hit the enemy's shields it didn't stop them... didn't use them a lot to see though.

Transphasics don't actually proc, they simply have a higher bleedthrough than other weapons (25% I think).

When someone uses jam sensors on you, that person becomes invisible as does their weapons fire. However, I do not believe it affects your ability to target anyone else, friend or foe.

They only affect that weapon.
