Here's my rig:

* CPU: Q6600 OC’d @ 3.08 GHz, 8×376
* MoBo: P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP, Bios Rev. 1238
* RAM: 4GB A-Data Vitesta Ext. Edt. 800Mhz@752Mhz, 1:1
* GPU: PowerColor HD4870 1GB @ Catalyst 10.1
* PSU: be quiet Dark Power Pro 550W
* TFT: 28″ Hanns.G HG281D
* OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit

Here's my problem:

Everytime an enemy ships explodes it seems my whole screen goes black for a fracture of a second. I don't actually see anything going black, but the whole screen flickers ONCE, like going black, very fast.

Anyone seeing anything like that?

Oh, btw. it should be mentioned this started to happen a few patches ago. It wasn't all the time like that. I haven't change anything in my system at all. Sadly I can't remember with WHAT patch it started to happen. Perhaps after introducing the Borg? Either then or shortly after that. Not before, that much I know.

    Put your system back to stock clocks for troubleshooting and see if it happens again. If it does, you can easily OC it back.

    Naw, no change. I tried, nothing to do with running overclocked.
