I reported a problem I had in game and 2 weeks later a GM got back to me(well, not me, but my ticket) and said he was sorry for the untimely response, but there has been so many problems that all issues have been given this general reply statement.

Ok.... :rolleyes:

He said if my issue was not resolved, to reply to this ticket and explain that it has not been resolved.

Problem is there is no reply button in the ticket area.

So, how do I reply to a ticket?

    Was it replied into your mail? if so simply reply to your mail.....otherwise I am stumped....sorry :(

    I don't think they have the ticket system up and running on the STO site yet, but if you go over to the Champions Online site and log in there, there's an option somewhere to look at your ticket in a mailbox-like setup. It shows tickets for Champions Online as well as STO.

    Nope.

    It was a ticket.

    I'm sorry but LOL send a ticket about there not being a reply button on the tickets :( i know my apologies it doesn't help but there was a joke going around during beta that was along the lines of.....it's not in yet but it should be in by tuesday lol (Generations joke lol)

    Yes, I did that, but that ticket says closed on it, even after I edit it.

    What are the odds a dev will look at closed tickets. 0.0% chance in my opinion.
