I reported a problem I had in game and 2 weeks later a GM got back to me(well, not me, but my ticket) and said he was sorry for the untimely response, but there has been so many problems that all issues have been given this general reply statement.

He said if my issue was not resolved, to reply to this ticket and explain that it has not been resolved.
Problem is there is no reply button in the ticket area.
So, how do I reply to a ticket?

Yes, I did that, but that ticket says closed on it, even after I edit it.
What are the odds a dev will look at closed tickets. 0.0% chance in my opinion.
