Are you having issues logging into Star Trek Online? One of the first things you may want to do is make sure your account is active. Here is how you do this:

What does it say in the "Products" section of the page? Specifically under the Subscriptions? It should look something like this, but may not be exact:

The important portion to this is the
ACTIVE label under your subscriptions.
If you are missing the active label you will then need to use your retail keycode to activate your account; this enables you to choose a subscription plan and enter billing information. The step does require a valid Credit Card, PayPal account, or Game Time Card. Once the subscription is setup you will be awarded your free 30-Days of play time.
If you do not know where to find your retail keycode it can be found:

Once you have found the retail keycode you may enter it
HERE and following the instructions for setting up a subscription.

You can enter your order number and password into the upper right hand corner of the screen to log in and see the transaction. Once opened click on the printer icon and the next page should show both the preorder key and the game key.
