You need to travel to the Alpha Centauri Sector Block in order to access the Memory Alpha System. You can do that from your map (while in sector space).
Wow, no offense, but how were you not able to figure this out on your own? You fly to the edge of the sector block and it gives you the option to warp to the next sector block.
Sector Space is so logical and easy that my 5 year old could figure it out.

I figured it out alright, but I am flemish, and I need to ask stuff almost each mission, so I thought asking would be quicker then AGAIN try stuff out to get there...

I think this entire thread was just an elaborate ruse, setting up an opportunity for Eskaton to insult the Dutch by implying that they're inept navigators.
