I have been getting this same message for the past week. How do I fix this? I am not on a proxy connection and outside on the DMZ on my firewall.

    You need to make sure you have a retail key registered to your account, and a valid form of subscription activated.

    Then you need to contact billing by telephone or ticket. And stop posting in all caps!

    It sounds like you are putting in the wrong key,where did you buy the game from?
    Do you have a boxed version of the game?

    Let us know these things and maybe we can help.

    If you answer in caps again then it will be ignored.

    I have read the thread,ok you have used the key.

    Have you entered your credit card details to set up the account,even though it has 30 days free you still need to activate the account with a credit card or game card.

    You need to contact Billing Support. Although, if you're communicating with them how you are here, I don't think they'll be able to help you either.
