Have you entered your credit card details to set up the account,even though it has 30 days free you still need to activate the account with a credit card or game card.

It sounds like you are putting in the wrong key,where did you buy the game from?
Do you have a boxed version of the game?
Let us know these things and maybe we can help.

You need to contact Billing Support. Although, if you're communicating with them how you are here, I don't think they'll be able to help you either.
