For what it is worth, I wanted to let you guys know collectively that the frequency of posting and feedback - official and opinion based that past few days is rather appreciated by myself and some others I know - both lurkers and posters to say the least. Actions do speak louder than the words. Consequently, the posting comes across as a high level of commitment to the title (all arguments aside) to the game, which is sorely needed right now.
I know on a lot of official sties the devs dont really interact with their communities because of lame idiots previously either via personal experience or indirect knowledge or as a simple matter of policy. With that said, in my opinion a very active presence on the official forums for any title is by far the most effective way of keeping the community engaged, responsive and interested - bar none. With proper tempo, moderation and self policing on both sides of the house, forums can take on a life of their own and ultimately become a principle selling point for the title but I digress - again...
Anyway, I truly hope you folks keep it up and step it up!
So our complaining is good do you think they will listen to us because there are alot of ideas floting around and all that and do you think we will get decent updates

I do not look at things from such a narrow focus to be frank. There are positive and negative types of feedback which can be given. The way in which feedback is given as well as the tone and temperament are critical aspects of the communication however. In short, the important thing is to establish a working dialogue which is not perceived in a negative manner by either the devs, mods, or player base. When things become negative then people get defensive and aggressive and the communication process (as well as the community) becomes encumbered in unproductive missives and turmoil and begets the same. The end result is almost always a cessation of communication. Which in and of itself is the worst form of communication. This is so because a lack of communication is communication nonetheless. This is the primary reason why so many people get frustrated when they here or see nothing from the devs. It is also the most commonly overlooked communication.
On a side note, listening to not equate to comply in general; something to keep in mind.
