I seem to be experiencing a longer than expected wait time for a response to a ticket I posted. In other player's experience, is this the level of Customer Service I can expect? Has anyone else had this issue?
I had two tickets in for graphical errors and when I went to check them today they were gone. I checked them both out, thinking they may have been fixed, they haven't been. So near as I can tell the tickets were just deleted.
Not impressed by that one, unless of course they are included in the next patch but we shall see.
EDIT: guess I should say when I put those tickets in... the week after launch.

no, you are wrong. They didnt delete your tickets, They are hidden. You dont see your tickets but all dev can see them. They dont delete any tickets but just hide they. Somebody (dev) already wrote this somewhere.
If your ticket issue was fixxed in one of the numerous patches they have made in the last two weeks, I wouldn't expect a response.
If 50,000 people are having the same issue, instead of individually responding to all those people, they will most likely just make a patch note.
What was your issue?
Did you not read my post? I said I checked them both out to see if they were fixed, they are not.
The two I put in for was the graphical bug for dual wield weapons not showing correctly with some character poses. (One of the guns would appear to be attached to the forearm instead of being in the hand.)
The other was the pre-order bonus item Chromodynamic armor (think that's what it's called) only shows up on tactical officers and not engineering or science vessles.
I made posts of both issues in the bug forum in addition to my tickets in game. I even posted screen shots of the dual wield bug.
Other possibilities are that these are known issues that they are (or aren't) working on, or they couldn't be reproduced. However I would think if they couldn't be reproduced they would tell you.
I do know that the dual wield is in issue, don't know about the armor since I turn the armor appearance off.
Yeah, but the problem here is that not everyone checks the forums and as I said, it's hard to keep up with all the posts. So not everyone would know about that little detail.
The tickets should stay visible to the one who submitted it till the issue is fixed or if they are going to remove them from view, they should be notifying the players with an automated message when they click the "hide" button.
Just making them vanish and not having some kind of response or having it fixed is kind of worrying.
I wrote a ticket last saturday...8 days on and i still have no response and my ticket is 'Hidden'.
It was a simple question regarding serial keys, that would take about 10 seconds to answer....it's rediculous that i have tow ait 8 days for an answer.
i lost nearly 100000 credits worth of kit when the mail system buged and have yet to recive a reply and it must be over a weekish (not sure of the exact date i posted it) now
and also one of my freands had majore ui issues last night as in firing buttons not working etc and has yet to recive a response and thats a pritty game braking issue but luckely we were able to find the cache within the STO directorey and deleting that fixed it

So basically, it's non-existent customer care. That's discouraging.
P.S. stefman123, please don't think I'm trolling you, but have you tried the Firefox web browser? It has a built in spellchecker. Without it my spelling would be atrocious :-)

I was on a work machine earlier that doesnt have FF trying to sneak around the forums lol but I do usually use it for spelling and no offence taken
