Engineering: Swivel Mounts
(Reduces the damage of weapons with firing arcs by 5%, but increases all firing arcs by 5 degrees per rank of the console. Multiple consoles will stack, reducing weapon damage further, and increasing firing arc as well.)
Tactical: Aegis Fire Control (Rank VII only)
(When you attempt to fire any weapon, if the target is not in the weapons' firing arc, the weapon will fire at the nearest target that IS in it's firing arc. In addition, beam array and turret type weapons will automatically fire at incoming mines or shootable torpedoes automatically without being told to do so if they are off cooldown and not being told to fire at another target. Multiple consoles of this type have no further effect.)
Science: Tachyonic Standing Wave Projector
(Extends the range of all weapons and devices by +1% per rank of the console.)
Engineering: External Holoprojectors
(You've seen those "photonic" ships the Keldon class ships make? Same thing. Each rank of this console make progressively more effective holographic "allies" to harass enemies that approach you. This is a "use" ability with a 10 minute cooldown and a 2 minute shared cooldown for additional consoles of this type. Using one drains your Auxiliary power to zero for the 2 minutes the photonic ships are active.)

This is available as a high rank Science Officer (player) skill.
Or work in addition to it...the console version is a bit inferior in comparison (uses up an engineer console slot, sucks your Aux power dry) but combining the two could make you feel like a REAL admiral...heh.
