I finally gave up and sent an email to Support asking that they cancel the one year membership I paid for and provide a refund. When I first purchased this, on the day it came out, it ran find. Now, and for a number of days now, it won't allow me to sign into the server. I didn't pay over $100 to get signs that I can't sign into the server. Worse, no response from Support.
My personal advice, STAY AWAY FROM THE GAME FOLKS. Not only can't one play, but no one responds to your concerns.

Ok. Lets take this from the beginning and WITHOUT the trolling please. Unless you have your heart set on a refund.
What error message are you recieving when you attempt to run the game, or the launcher? It would also help if you could post the full activated products list found on your accounts page, WITH your current subscription status ( copy the full box)

As a sidenote, Error 14 looks like a connectivity issue, are you using the proxy setting or no?
Wait for it....
Uninstall and Reinstall.
