Where is to boldly go where no1 is gone before
OK I have got a feeling that English is not your first language. If that is true, not bad, I've seen far worse.
In any case, just give them some time they are currently working on content for the 45 day patch. I'm 90% sure that the game will improved immensely afterwards.

Your right. It IS a little small compared to the wealth of shot footage, figurines, comics, books, movies, cartoons, conventions, video games, role playing games, board games and fansites that have been created over 40 years. Any one thing would be. I think the engine is solid though, and just needs time and effort by the Cryptic people to add more content, options, fixes, and stuff over time.

I find it funny that this 45 day patch happens halfway through your second month so it is almost like you have to at least pay 1 month to get the game your purchased, and should have received when it was released, just saying it does look rather weird.

Not really all that weird considering how it was Atari that made Cryptic push the game out so early. From what I have read Cryptic didnt want to release the game so early.
This game is 'dressed' to look and sound like Star Trek. Sadly, there is very little Trek both among the gameplay elements (no diplomacy, no real sense of exploration, never had a convincing first contact) and the stories they offer (I am not impressed with most of their writing, it mostly sounds generic and is just used to justify even more violence).
Personally, I don't think the game is worthy of the name - not because it is a bad game in itself, but because the people creating it had a very limited view of what is Star Trek. While it is okay to shift the focus to some elements, a total neglect is a capital mistake. How would people react if I claim to show them a movie about New York City and all they will see for 90 minutes would be pictures of Queens with no other district shown. No matter how good the movie otherwise was, I bet people would feel mislead by the title.

1) it is being dissected and graded and argued over constantly
2) it is responsible for frequents fits of nerd rage
3) people are staying home to enjoy it forgetting the real world
4) it has spawned both elistists and treknubs who mock each other
5) it won't get you L***
Yeah dude its trek alright!
LMAO! So true!
