Cryptic's horrible Customer Service!

To those of you who have managed to get some quality Customer Service from this bunk company I really wish i was you. I have yet to get any of my tickets replied to other than that joke of a response about sto being a living and evolving experience.

I am curious as to how many people are getting the brush off?

I can deal with the bugs, the downtime, the horrible problems that cryptic keeps adding to the game with every patch. Since I know that in time they will all be fixed. Its the nature of all MMO's that these kinds of things happen.

Yet tonight i finally was on when a gm was looking at one of my tickets. After getting a tell from the gm, i explained the issue and was then just completely ignored. To the point that the gm jsut went offline.

If this is the kind of customer service I can expect to get, thats fine i just wont pay for a sub to this game, and never again will i buy from this company. I encourage everyone who is also having this ridiculously bad Customer Service to do the same.

So any member of the Cryptic team wanna give a shot at keeping me and my money with your company now is the time. Once this 30-days is over if you have not made any effort to correct this. Which should not even be an issue. With all the bad reviews, people leaving, life time sub refunds, problems with the game, lack of content, and just the lack of a decent mmo experience. YOU CRYPTIC, cannot afford to have this kind of horrendous Customer Service. Unless of course you have not intention of making STO a long running game. I might be just one customer and my sub might not mean much to you. If thats the case at least have the back bone to just say so.

To all the flamers and trolls if you dont like what i have to say go else where this is for Cryptic not you, if you have also had just horrible Customer Service from Crytpic, please post it here as well maybe it will be a kick start for them to finally stop making decisions that chase off the customers.

one would think that tickets are part of the customer service experience, and even if there not, when i finally was able to talk to a gm in game the guy just logs off after i explained the issue. Didnt even bother to reply at all the what i was saying. To me thats just wrong and any company that lets this happen is just begging to go out of business.

Maybe the GM did not log off maybe he/she crashed and is sitting playing the Server is not Responding game instead.

    It could happen.
