That's not true at all, retailers have prices dictated to them by manufacturers to prevent unfair undercutting between distributors. If Steam is selling below MSRP, they have to have Atari's permission to do so.
Stop deluding yourself. The game isn't good, but it's not going to shut down.
Yeah its not gonna shut down, but I think it will hit 10k subs within 6 months unless something major happens.
By the way I like your sig, I feel the same way, I'm upset that the game isn't good. I mean I'm not like frak it I'm leaving, because its Star Trek. As a fan I feel really crapped on by Cryptic/Atari.

Minimum Advertising Price is the price they can advertise an item for, they can sell it for less. Amazon does that all the time.
So, I can expect to get a refund on the diff..
