Account error

Account error please contact billing support, i am 1 week into my retail 30 account, why am i getting this error

    And yes i have redeemed by retail key 12 days ago

    did the activating of the key actually worked ie you

    1. Enter your retail key
    2. Enter a subscription options
    3. Enter a valid credit card or game card or paypal. and the payment method was verified.

    then your key is activated you will have the 30 days bonus subscription and will not be charged for your subscription until the 30 days are used up. If you cancel before the 30 days are up you will not be charged at all and your game account will be inactive after the 30 days.

    you account should show retail game in the featured prodect section and you will have dispalyed a subscription section with a play until time 30 days from when it activated.

    if you did do the above but did not show active as stated above then you neeed to contact billing.

    If they take AMEX then it would most likely could be 1 of 3 reasons:

    ∙ You did not use the proper address for billing.
    ∙ You did not have enough funds on the credit card.
    ∙ If it is a brand new card, you may need to contact the number on the card to activate it.

    EDIT: They DO take AMEX.
