I've noticed that, when fighting on either away missions or space battles that, if I get destroyed, there are times when I come back to the same area I was in before, the enemies have the same amount of life that they did when they'd killed me...but other times [and more often], I'll come back to the point where I was killed and their health will be back to full.
I honestly don't know why they intended it to be like this...maybe it's a bug, I'm not sure, but personally, I would think that, if I were in the middle of a battle with something, it would be, to quote Spock,
logical...to not have the enemy respawn in health as I was forced to.
If they want to have the enemy slowly regain health as I approach the area, that's totally fine because it somewhat makes sense, but I don't think it's right to have them fully respawn when I come back into battle because I feel that, if that's the case (especially with space battles), I'll be right back where I started and be going around in circles.
I feel that, if I have to respawn, the enemy's energy level shouldn't.
I consider myself to be a pretty accepting guy with everything, but something that's skewed like this, I felt, had to be mentioned.
(I didn't know if this should go in General Gameplay or Gameplay Bugs because I'm not all too sure that's what this is)

the moderates on both sides of the death penalty debate agree that even dead mobs in squads the player fails to completely destroy before dying should be respawned at 100%.
i personally like the game the way it is now in this regard. whenever i die the mobs are always back to 100% by the time i get back to them, and if i can't do it one time alone i usually can't do it at all, though i do try it two or three times trying different things. when i can't beat an encounter, i leave the instance and try to come back with a group.
If I fight one at a time, I can do it with pretty much no problem, but it's when I'm getting ganged up on from all sides, that's when I tend to get bothered by it.
I mainly posted this because, during the mission, I'd seen a Bird of Prey have the same level of health as it did when I killed it one time, then, after getting destroyed again after wearing down another BoP, it was at full health when I'd respawned, even though I knew I had wore it down considerably.
It's just frustrating to me when I'm constantly getting bombarded and there's barely no chance to defend myself.
I guess what I'm really trying to get across is the enemies should either have full health when I respawn or not; I don't think it's fair for them to just "mix it up".
