First of all, thanks for at least answering my support tickets, that's awesome. I know you have thousands of tickets with ridiculous things and you're super busy.
That being said, can you please try to at least address the issue in the ticket?
I put in a ticket for my tricobalt launcher that dissapeared, and you responded....but didn't replace the missing item. I realize you probably noted the bug or whatever, but cmon, I know you can work some GM magic.
