    I had this issue aswell - i could not find the reply button so i used the edit button in my first post.

    Same here, also used the "edit ticket" button. I just hope this works for me too!

    I "assume" thats the way to go, as it, in other messages, tells you to "update" your ticket.

    Yes I agree, a bit ridiculous. I have had a ticket open for over a week now, and I finally see a response! I get all excited... Only to find its a generic response to all open tickets.

    It tells us to reply to the ticket if the issue is still persisting... But there is no reply button! Another win by Cryptic!

    Yeah but I wouldn't have known there was a response unless I logged into the ticket system and checked. I presumed I would receive an email notification when my ticket was updated.

    This is particularly annoying since the GM update to all open billing tickets stated that if the tickets weren't replied to (I still can't see how to do this) by the weekend, they would be automatically closed. But, how are we supposed to 'reply' to a ticket that we don't know has had a response from a GM in the first place?
