I would like to how i go about cancelling my subscription as the ticket system is not working. I just want to play the 30 days finished and then cancel. So please tell me how i can do this as there is not option in the Account managment and its all to easy to bill my CC !

Go to 'MY ACCOUNT' (button in top Right corner of main page) and click it. Go to 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' listed under 'STAR TREK ONLINE'. Click it. Then click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'.
Yep, it means you won't get billed until you reactivate your subscription. That way if you decide to check the game out in several months and like the changes, you can resume playing.

Well seeing as how it says 'SUSPENDED' in capital letters, and 'Re-activate' below that, I would have thought it pretty obvious.

They type dumb too, good riddance.
He has made a politepost requesting information on how top do something, then he has posted for clarification..
No need to tear down his throat... This place would be better of without trolls like you guys making it an unpleasent place to be..
Agreed, the last few posts are what made people like TheStreaker right about fans of the game at times...
