Away team getting stuck

Anyone else getting rather annoyed when members of your away team keep getting stuck behind items on the map?

It happens all the time with me. My healer just got stuck behind a tree trunk ffs.

I`am fed up of having to go back for them and walking all over the place to get them to finally follow me.

I really wish they would fix this, or if its too difficult for them, add an option to beam team members already on the map to your location.

I love this game, but having to go back for team members at some point on every away mission, gets right on my ****.

Yes, I do. For me, these three things would improve away missions:

    I would like to have...

    1) control of the formation (i.e., single file, 2

Above the away team character icons on the left of the screen you have some commands. They are little icons. You can make them fire at your chosen target etc.

There is also a little down arrow pyramid looking icon that if clicked you can tell them where to go.

You're probably already familiar with what Im talking about. Sometimes when the team gets stuck I use it and it often helps. Then I turn it off and they follow again.

Away teams getting stuck has always been an issue. Its gotten better but its far from an example of good path finding.

Klingon type interiors (rusty interiors) with the large support bars along the hull really trip them up as do the entrances to rooms. But it happens on all maps to some extent.

    But yes, its a problem.

Yeah I`ve tried that, 9 times out of 10 it doesnt make any difference for me and I have to go back for them.

Yea I know what you mean. It helps more in an outdoor zone than an indoor. But it can help indoors sometimes as well.

Unless they get stuck on a rail, or a door frame, or a hallway pylon. Then it doesnt really help much. Sometimes if you know they are stuck on a box or something it helps.

But it almost always works in outdoor areas and it works very well. Still worth trying indoors too.

When they get stuck is not the biggest problem, coz then they unstick if you kill yourself.

But there's 2 maps (atleast) where both the NPC buddies and NPC enemies fall through the planet surface and is underground. Then the enemies shot at you, but you can't even target the enemies. In those maps it's no use respawning, coz they just fall through the surface again within 10 sec of moving.
