In this week's update we are focused on addressing performance issues as well as tackling many of the pvp bugs, exploits, and balance issues you've been reporting.
Powers and Combat:
* Subnucleonic Beam is now a 10 second CC in PvP. No other abilities, powers, or skills will reduced or increase the effect. Higher levels have a chance to disable a random subsystem for 5 seconds after the effect ends. Attack Pattern Omega will still remove the effect.
* Feedback Pulse cooldown has been increased and duration slightly reduced.
* Feedback Pulse damage has been normalized to be inline with other abilities after locating an error in the damage table created by a mischievous Ferengi.
* Corrected an error with beam weapons continuing to fire after the player has stopped attacking.

*You know how your shields fall with one hit? Now your shields fall with half a hit and then your hull goes down to 1%
*Enemy weapons damage increased x 10 fold since we cant program tactics in on our game
* Klingon afk pvp working as intended
* pvp wait lines working as intended
* daily's taking over 2 days to come back working as intended
*Tricobalts when they fly past the enemy and then hitting their full charged shield in that area working as intended.
*Hitting a special or weapon and it not going off and cool down hits working as intended.

I hate it when I hit Tactical initiative and it resets nothing lol.
