Billing Ticket - Response Times

Has anyone got a reply from a billing ticket lately? I opened one 7 days ago (5 working days, although I don't see why this matters as I'd be surprised if the billing department wasn't working weekends at the moment), but have yet to receive a response...

It's a not a huge issue so I don't fancy sitting in a phone queue for several hours while my bill increases, but I would have expected a response by now.

    my tickets from 12 days 10 days 8 days and 5 days are answered 2 hours ago finally got a new tickets now to reply hope its fixed soon seeing some Clear sky again

    All 3 of your tickets which were submitted at different times got answered at once?

    they had a few minutes in between seems they finally working on my case (i hope so)
