WTF is going on with this game...................The support ppl just ignore the ticket I have raised.......... I have sent message after message to Coderanger................ I have the frigging retail box of this TRIBBLE game the code to activate the product doesn't work...... And there seems to be no one helping.... Thanks for all the useless advice guys, going for your one line solutions to this issue......... The plain fact is I have paid money for this produce that just doesn't work...... The useless tech support just dont have a clue...........:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Are you absolutely positive that you entered the code correctly? Some numbers and letters can look a lot alike. I've run into this with other games on more than one occasion.
Well thanks for all that awesome advice guys... All of the numbers and letters are correct, there is no confusion between numbers and letters and I am entering the code at the correct link.... There seems to be no fix... the silence from the Tech support is deafening... I just love buying a game I don't even get the opportunity to play. Is there even suppose to be a response to tickets raised???? stuff it I'll just go back to WOW at least that game works

Youll get silence from tech support because they have nothing at all to do with billing. You will either need to put in a ticket, or telephone billing. Tech support cannot help you.

aslo what browser are you using. If IE besure the autofill feature is turned off.
