Did I spend $130 to get ignored and not be able to play?

What exactly are you people doing? I have a ticket that has not been looked at in 4 days! I can't believe I am complaining about not being able to log into this boring game, but I did waste the money on it. So far my choices are to do one of the two boring space missions, kill ships or click stuff, or the same boring missions on the planet, funny enough, kill stuff or click stuff.

I bought time cards which I recieved an email from you saying it was activated, but I still can not log into the server. I cant wait to get back into the game and fly my new ship which is just a bigger version of my first boring ship. I can't wait to spend 5 minutes flying to a boring mission on the other side of the galaxy so i can click or kill stuff. The only thing that happened different so far was a enemy ship got stuck in a asteriod and could not be shot, the rocket scientist whose team i was forced into did not understand this and continued to shoot at the ship, I always try to help the stupid, but I had to give up on him and the boring mission that I was only 1 ship away from finishing. That is not right, another exciting thing that happened was I was put in a mission that had all +23 enemy ships that were at the respawn area, i got out 3 times only to get automatically sucked back in to get instapopped.

I am really into the whole Star Trek "thing", but I do not understand how you can ignore customers like you are doing and expect to keep this game going. With the limmited content of the game I would think you would at least try to support your customers.

Please help me get back into this boring game!

there not ignoring you, their over burdened, you only one of thousands if not more players who submitted tickets, Cryptic, Thanks to Atari, are understaffed in the CS department. if you need it done now, give them a call and wait on the line, it's faster then the ticket system.

With customers like you, they don't need many enemies.

Ignoring might not be the right word; but if his support request was as clear as this post, I don't know what he'd be expecting. Basically, what I could figure was that he doesn't enjoy or like the game, and for some reason he can't play right now; but that is fine because again he doesn't really want to play anyway.

Then again, if any customer ever got ignored or at least put to the bottom of the pile, I'll bet it would be one just like him.

OP - can you please get a grip on reality and quit rambling, ranting and raving? What exactly did you spend $130 on? And would you please summarize the issue that you're having that is keeping you from playing STO?

I'm curious as to why you haven't been able to play since the grace period ended.
