It appears tat my 3 monthly subscription which according to my account should start 8th April was taken 9th Feb
Suggest anyone not on life sentence should check theirs.
Given them 7 days to refund.

did you at least contact billing/support about it? Or just posting about it here?
IWhy is it everyone is so quick to assume that someone hasnt done something eh..
Because all too often the person posting the complaint ends up admitting that he/she/it didn't do the something that would get their complaint resolved.

I don't think he's "kicking off" without doing so, but more warning other people just to check incase they've been hit by the same problem.
