This time Guiness had people there to officially count how many had turned up in costume so it is now the record that people have to officially beat.

All previous records were not counted as there was no people from guiness to count them and make it official.

I am both surprised and frankly disgusted by the fact that no one...........NO ONE.............is wearing a Star Trek man skirt!?

What is the world coming too when 99, I SAY 99 people!! and not a one is willing to destroy any credibility they may have and show the world that man skirts are always the way forward.

    Next time I expect better:

If it wasnt for the girl in the powder blue in the ladies of trek picture It would all have been a bust!

In all seriousness I hope people there had a lot of fun. The pictures are cool, its a pitty there wern't more people. 99 is a bit low but well done.

Ah, I tought the thread title referred to the world record of server downtimes yesterday... (scnr) :D

But making such fuss about 99 persons in Star Trek attire is worth quite a laugh, too... Maybe Guinness should be pointed to some or the other conventions.

lol guess I am lucky. My wife agrees with me, that if you have to have a special day set aside to say you love who you're with, it ain't love.

We make sure to show each other every day.

I wanted to go there to, but traveling from Norway just to be there for a few hours isn't worth it.

Try and find the a girl who isn't fat and/or mutant looking? I think there's only maybe 1-2 that would at best be considered average - who was probably the hottest person there lol.
