If I have to take a video of it I will....but the way it works now is just.....stupid.
I fly a cruiser. I hit the button....and I can....I kid you not....make a K turn in space. I could parallel park my cruiser, so long as I did it in 15 secs.
You hit all stop, then reverse, turn, and hit forward....you turn on a dime. Meanwhile, flying at warp (or full impulse then slowing down) means my ship drifts like mad....but if I could just turn on evasive....no more problems! (which I can in full impulse)
Evasive Maneuvers + Engine Battery + Ramming Speed - When time travel is the only option.
Hmmmm....haven't tried that one. Never thought of using Ramming Speed as an escape, but good idea. I loved when you used to be able to do both Full Impulse and Evasive Maneuvers. Made getting across some of those really big missions a breeze.

It actually works pretty well as long as you are in a place to take those remaining torpedo hits.
They no longer mulitplicatively stack. thanks for playing though only additively and getting to 100 engine power is all you need..
Well then I guess I'm fortunate that a major bug that has failed to be addressed has stopped me from actively playing. I'll remember the good ol' days.
