Why am I still waiting in a queue?

So again here we go, yet another thread about this.
But I for one would like to know what is going on. STO has topped sales all over the net for being the top seller, best seller on Steam, best seller on Direct2Drive, best seller all over the place. You over at Cryptic have sold so many copies of this game and yet have seemingly invested little back into it.
Here I sit again on a weekend unable to play because I am sitting in a queue. I sit in the queue so long that your server kicks me out of the queue and forces me to log back in, when I do log back in I am even further back in the queue before I was.

Why? What are you doing to fix this? Do not just tell us you are working on fixing this, do not tell us you released a patch to better stablize the servers. How about you take some of that money and go buy more space? How about you take the STO servers off the same capacity limit as your other games? Get some gear into your operation and set up a stable server just for STO. You guys on running a game with a legacy behind it, not just another MMO. You are still in the prime time of sales, you will just get more and more people buying the game for the next couple of months.

Yet you give so little information about just what you are doing, you give so little information when the server crashes, you have atuomated GM help responses that just tick people off IF they ever get one, I've been waiting 9 days now.

All I am saying is invest some of that money into server capacity, GM help, customer support and more content. I'm starting to think you guys are like AIG and GM, hand out the bonues and TRIBBLE the poeple.

Also if you did not notice, theres another thing around the web thats topping all other games, its the negative feedback and posts about what kind of job you are doing, about everything people complain about, youre past launch now, get your things together or you will be forever known as the worst thing to happen to Star Trek...

You know, I've seen the queue once... the first day they had it, I was in it for about 20 minutes. Sense then, I've never seen the queue... and this is also while logging in at the same time that someone is posting about sitting in the queue at TRIBBLE out of TRIBBLE position.

    Maybe I'm just special?
